These organizations are positively impacting the lives of asylum seekers in Saco and York County by providing food preparation training and logistics, mental health services, transportation and business support, and school/community culturally appropriate food.
We'd like to shout out to the Dyer Library who helped us create a wonderful Christmas Tree to celebrate new Mainers at their Festival of Lights celebration.
And we'd also like to mention Schooner's Mini-golf in Saco, Maine who sponsored a charity event to raise funds for the asylum seekers in Saco!
Thank you to these organizations, their staffs and volunteers and their partners for embracing new Mainers and helping them find happiness and fulfillment in their lives.
